REGISTRATION FEES
(*) Student registration: must be a student or a PhD candidate at the time of registration. During the registration process, please upload a copy of your valid student ID card (validity must be clearly visible!) or a letter stating that you are a PhD student.
The Registration Fee includes:
- Admission to daily sessions, exhibition and poster area
- Welcome Party, coffee breaks and lunches as scheduled in the program
- Congress bag
- Certificate of attendance
The Daily Fee includes:
- Admission to daily sessions, exhibition and poster area
- Welcome Party (on September 7) or coffee break and box lunch (on September 11)
- Congress bag – Daily certificate of attendance

REGISTRATION
Congress Registration and Social Dinner Registration can be made online, through the Congress website, using the main credit cards and PayPal. Once registered, the participant will receive an e-badge by e-mail. The e-badge is a confirmation letter with a summary of the data and a QR code, to be printed or saved on the smartphone.
Once arrived at the congress venue, the participant will be able to print his own badge using the terminals that allow the reading of the QR code.

REGISTRATION WILL OPEN IN JANUARY, 2025
GROUP REGISTRATION
Group registration will be accepted for a minimum of 10 participants. For further information please contact: esb2025@aristea.com
CANCELLATION
Any notifications of cancellations should be sent by e-mail to esb2025-registration@aristea.com and will entitle to the following refund:
- within June 15, 2025 100%
- within August 28, 2025 50%
- after August 28, 2025 (or no-show) NO REFUND
All refunds will be processed after the end of the Congress.
NAME CHANGES
For each name change will be required the payment of a handling fee of Euro 50.00 (22% VAT included) per name change. Before proceeding with the change of the name, the participant must submit a written authorization, making sure to attach a copy of an identity document. With regard to the groups, however, the Sponsor or whoever it will compile a new application form for each substitution request.
