Requests for Letters of Invitation for visa purposes should be addressed to IIW after completing your registration. Please note that these letters do not include any financial support. Letters of Invitation will only be issued once registration and payment have been completed.

All prices are VAT included.
YP and Students Fees are eligible only to participants under 36.

In order to benefit from the special fee for under 36, a copy of your ID or Passport must be sent via e-mail to registrations@iiw2025.com upon registration.

It is not possible to change your billing information (VAT number, address, etc.) after the submission of the registration.

The registration fee will be invoiced within one week. Payments in other currencies other than EUR will not be accepted. For information please contact registrations@iiw2025.com .

CANCELLATION POLICY
Registration cancellations are subject to the following conditions:

• Until April 30, 2025: full refund (all refunds will be processed within 1 month from cancellation, bank charges will be deducted)
• From May 1, 2025: no refund

The cost for reprinting the badge onsite during the event is 25 EUR.
