NOTE
The registration fee will be invoiced within one week. Payments in other currencies other than EUR will not be accepted. For information please contact registrations@iiw2025.com

CANCELLATION POLICY
Registration cancellations are subject to the following conditions:

• Until April 30, 2025: full refund (all refunds will be processed within 1 month from cancellation, bank charges will be deducted)
• From May 1, 2025: no refund

NO name changes will be accepted. Any request to change your billing information (VAT number, address, etc.) submitted after the registration will result in a 50 EUR administrative fee. Any cancellation or modification of your registration, must be notified by e-mail at: registrations@iiw2025.com

The cost for reprinting the badge onsite during the event is 25 EUR.
